The Power Plan Manager license grants you the right to use Power Plan Manager on a single computer (identified by the computer fingerprint required to obtain a license).

Power Plan Manager has been developed by Hamilton Engineering to the best of one's knowledge to serve its purpose. In no event shall Hamilton Engineering be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Power Plan Manager has been developed using the Qt framework from Digia. Qt is published under the LGPL License which gives the customer the right to re-link the product with a version of the Qt library other than the one which is being distributed with the product.
For the convenience of easier deployment to multiple computers and to minimize memory consumption, we have decided to link the Qt framework with our product into one single executable file. However, in order to fulfill the requirements of the LGPL, we will send a standalone executable together with instructions on how to combine it with the Qt dll library files to any registered customer who requests such distribution.

Power Plan Manager uses icons which have been developed by the Oxygen Project and which are also published under the LGPL license.
